No, these sleeves are not meant to be baked in, they are a decorative sleeve you dress your cupcake after it's been baked and cooled.

Each sleeve design uses the following measurements 22cm x 8.9 cm.

At this time we do not offer mini cupcake sleeves but, we are working with our vendors on offering these products in the future.
