SHIPPING POLICY

Our order processing time is generally 24-48 hours. During busy seasons, such as seasonal drops, order fulfillment may take as long as 1-2 weeks.  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.  Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with your order, received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged, or with missing pieces, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and request a return.  Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a return authorization number.  Items sent back without a return authorization number will be turned away.  The returns must be received within 15 days of issuance of the return authorization. 

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the customer received damaged items.  We encourage you to use a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.  Please also note that we are not responsible for incorrect mail-to addresses, although will do our best to locate and reroute the package where possible. We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen or missing delivered packages. 

 

Returned items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 48 hours in the same manner in which the original payment was made, and may take up to an additional 5-7 business days for the bank or credit card processing.

 

We do not accept returns for seasonal items or sale items.
